Well....Fractional Ownership is a property ownership and travel exchange network combination. It is not time share...it's similar but different at the same time.
Fractional allows you to travel anywhere in the world by exchanging weeks, similar to time share, but the big advantage is that you OWN part of a cottage property back here in good old Canada. You get 5 weeks of time at your cottage per purchased share. You can rent it out during your 5 weeks, have the management company rent it for you, exchange it with other owners for a week you want, or use all of your weeks by travelling to 5-star resorts world-wide. This is the best of both worlds!! The cost is low and the return is high. You get luxury and life-long travel, for little cost. All you have to worry about is getting there...the rest is taken care of for you. You get a beautiful cottage, worry-free, with no maintenance, no work, and no worries. You get there...you relax....you unwind and enjoy..that's it.

Calling the units "cottages" doesn't do them justice. They are gorgeous new log homes, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences we wimpy city people love :-)) - but they are set on a pristine lake with gorgeous views, fresh air, trees, birds, animals, - all the things that the city doesn't provide. You can fish, canoe, kayak, hike, enjoy the fresh air, or just RELAX. Since the property is a 4-season operation, the possible activities are endless. If you like, you can just buy your share and use all 5 weeks to travel the world. Just get yourself there - we all know how cheap airfare is these days. Imagine getting a cheap flight to the UK or some exotic location and staying in a 5-star resort home....with NO additional costs.
Travelling is wonderful - but imagine staying somewhere you only dream about, and you get a fully equipped HOME to live in where you are there.
